Songjiang, once called Huating in ancient times, also known as Yunjian, Rongcheng, and Gushui, is a famous town south of the Yangtze River. In 751 of the Tang Dynasty, Songjiang was named Huating County. In 1277 duringಞ the Yuan Dynasty, it was named Huating Prefecture, which was changed to Songjiang Prefecture the next year. Then in 1805 in the Qing Dynasty, it was developed into Songjiang Prefecture with Huating, Shanghai, Qingpu, Lou, Fengxian, Jinshan, Nanhui, and Chuansha Counties subject to it. In 1912, when the prefecture was abolished, Huating and Lou were merged into Huating County of Jiangsu Province. In 1914, Huating County was changed to Songjiang County. After liberation, the area became Songjiang Special District. In March 1958, it was me🦹rged into Suzhou Special District, and in November, Songjiang became a county of Shanghai. Then in February 1998, the State Council approved Songjiang to be a district.

In 2021, the average temperature was significantly higher, with increased precipitation and normal sunshine. The average annual temperature was 18.2 degrees Celsius, 2.0 degrees higher than average. The city had 1,864.0 hours of sunshine, 65.0 hours higher than average, and 1,560.5 millimeters of rainfall, 392.3 millimeters higher than average. The highest temperature was 36.7 degrees Celsius and the lowest was -7.5 degrees Celsius.

松江(jiang)区(qu)水源保护区(qu)属黄(huang)浦(pu)江(jiang)河(he)堤(di)景观，上受淀山(shan)湖、太湖、浙北天目(mu)山(shan)等处(chu)来水，经黄(huang)浦(pu)江(jiang)下(xia)泄入(ru)江(jiang)海(hai)。境区(qu)河(he)渠纵横小(xiao)说(sh𝄹uo)，小(xiao)池塘多如牛毛，是主要的水网之地。所(suo)有(you)的河(he)段均系感潮河(he)堤(di)，每日昼涨、落各2次。
Songjiang’s water resources come from the Huangpu River, which gets its water from Dianshan 🐓Lake, Taihu Lake, and Tianmu Mountain in Zhejiang Province, and then pours into the sea. All the rivers in the area are tidal, the tides rise and fall twice every day and night.

In 2021, the total number of new and high-tech enterprises in the zone reached 1,041, ranking third in Shanghai. The total number of high-tech enterprises in the district reached 2,306, with a year-on-year increase of 31.4%, ranking third in Shanghai. The net increase of high-tech enterprises has quadrupled in five years, reaching 551 in 2021. Eleven sci-tech enterprises were approved by the 2021 Shanghai Sci-tech Little Giant Project (including cultivated enterprises), ranking third i൩n Shanghai. There were 156 small giant enterprises in the district (including cultivated enterprises). In 2020, R&D expenditure amounted to 7.516 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 10.2% and an investment intensity of 4.59%, 0.27% higher than that of 3.98% in 2019 and 0.42% higher than the average level of Shanghai. In 2021, the district🍌 completed 128 new or updated intellectual fitness gardens, 30 public fitness trails, 12 public courts, 1 public gym, 2 spo🌳rts parks, and 2 fitness centers. By the end of the year, there were 1,032 intellectual fitness gardens, 112 public fitness trails, 107 public courts, 17 public gyms, 4 sports parks, and 5 fitness centers. Throughout the year, the district-affiliated venues received nearly 0.6906 million visitors, and the total revenue from the venues was 2.8093 million yuan.

In 2021, Songjiang tourism revenues reached 12.646 billion yuan, up by 19.2% over the previous year. The total number of tourists reached 16.5176 million, up by 47.3% over the previous year. By the end of 2021, there were 7 star-rated hotels in Songjiang, including 3 five-star hotels, 2 four-star hotels, and 2 three-star hotels. During the year, tourist hotels in Songj💙iang received 1.6206 million guests, the average room occupancy rate was 53.08%. By the end of 2021, there were 66 tourist agencies in the district with 0.1234 million tourists joining tour groups.

InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland is innovative design work. It took 12 years to finish the construction of the hotel. This novel hotel follows the natural environment and makes full use of the curved surface of the quarry rock face to hang and build on it. The main body is composed of 2 layers above the surface and 15 layers 88 meters below the surface, which makes the world amazed. The hotel is located at the Tianma Hill quarry near Sheshan Hill, 32 kilometers away from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, also adjacent to Sheshan National Forest Park, Chenshan Botanical Garden, and other tourist attractions. Sheshan National Forest Park is the only natural mountainous forest touri🦹ng site in Shanghai. The Park covers an area of 267 acres with 79.44% of the ꧋scenic spot covered by forests. There are 12 hills in the park, stretching their way from the southwest to the northeast, like a string of jade pearls with a total length of 13km, offering Shanghai’s flat land a mountainous view. In June 1993, the former National Ministry of Forestry approved the establishment of Sheshan National Forest Park. In 2001, it was honored as one of the first national 4A-level touring sites. The scenic spots that opened to the public are East Sheshan Hill Park, West Sheshan Hill Park, Tianmashan Hill Park, and Xiaokunshan Hill Park.

东(dong)莞(guan)辰山蕨类动植(zhi)物(wu)园地处松江区(qu)佘山的国家游玩休闲度假(jia)区(qu)♏内(nei)（辰花铁(tie)路桥3888号），是公路工(gong)程府(fu)、中国国合(he)理院和中国造林(lin💎)局进行合(he)作共(gong)建共(gong)享的集科学、普及和观赏性(xing)出游于分立(li)式(shi)的綜合(he)性(xing)仿(fang)真动物园，土地征用规模207公倾,是华东地地总量上限的绿(lv)植的园。绿(lv)植的幼儿园内的辰山古遗迹，2014年4♎月(yue)被水利水电工程(c൲heng)府对外公(gong)布(bu)为东莞(guan)市藏品养护厂家。该遗存2009年(nian)末出现 ，户型(xing)面积约为(wei)16公(gong)倾(qing)，初阶段断定(ding)为商周末期古语(yu)化🦹(hua)遗迹൩(ji)。
产业园区由主展(zhan)现出区、仿真(zhen)(zhen)藤(teng)本植(zhi)物保育区、两大洲仿真(zhen)(zhen)藤(teng)本植(zh🌼i)物区和外部缓解区等几大的活动区带来。展(zhan)览厅活动温室展(zhan)览厅活动范围为12608平方和米，由热带雨林花果馆(guan)、沙(sha)(sha)生绿(lv)色植被(bei)馆(guan)和珍奇绿(🎶lv)色植被(bei)馆(guan)组成了，为(wei)亚洲(zhou)区上限(xian)展(zhan)览会温室(shi)群，之中沙(sha)(sha)生绿(lv)色植被(bei)馆(guan)为(wei)的世界(jie)上限(xian)酒(jiu)店内沙(sha)(sha)生绿(lv)色植被(bei)艺术馆(guan)。现为(wei)ꦿ祖国4A级旅游点。
Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden is in Sheshan National Tourist Resort (No.3888 Chenhua Highway). It is created through collaboration betw𒊎een the Shanghai Municipal Government, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and the State Forestry Administration, which combines scientific research, popular science, and sightseeing purpose. This remarkable 207-hectare botanical garden is the largest one in East China. Chenshan Ancient Site in the garden was announced by Shanghai Municipal Government as a cultural relics protection unit of Shanghai in April 2014. The site was first found in early 2009, covering an area of about 16 hectares. It is preliminarily determined to be an ancient cultural site in the Shang and Zhou dynasties.
The botanical garden consists of fou🅷r functional areas: the central exhibition area, the plant conservation area, the plant areas on five continents, and the peripheral buffer zone. The exhibition greenhouse covers an area of 12,608 square meters. It consists of Tropical Flower and Fruit Museum, Sand Botany Museum, and Exotic Botany Museum. It is the largest exhibition greenhouse group in Asia. Among them, Sand Botany Museum is the largest indoor sand botany exhibition hall in the world. Now Chenshan Botanical🅘 Garden is a national 4A-level scenic spot.

Established in 1978, Shanghai Square Pagoda Park covers an area of 182 mu. Its original site was🔴 the downtown of Huating during the Tang and Song Dynasties. There are 8 national, municipal, and district unmovable cultural relics in the park, including Xingshengjiao Temple Pagoda, which was announced as national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council in November 1996; Lanrui Hall, Screen Wall of Engraved Bricks, Chen Huacheng Memorial Temple, Temple of the Queen of Heaven and Wangxian Bridge were announced as Shanghai municipal cultural relics protection unit in April 2014, Stone Statues of Ming Dynasty, Front Hall of Zhang’s Residence were announced as Songjiang district relics protection unit in June 2013.
The entire landscape is centered on the Square Pagoda of Northern Song Dynasty, surrounded by the Wangxian Bridge of Southern Song Dynasty, Screen Wall of Engraved Bricks of Ming Dynasty, Lanrui Hall, stone carꦑving garden, Temple of the Queen of Heaven, Chen Huacheng Memorial Hall, Helou Veranda, Qichang Corridor and so on. The park is rated as a national🗹 4A-level scenic spot.
伤害醉白池滨河公园

醉(zui)(zui)(zui)白池(chi)是昆明(ming)(ming)几(ji)大(da)古(gu)(gu)典主义生(sheng)态公(gong)(gong)园工(gong)程(cheng)一种，占地赔偿76亩。绿化(hua)区有多处不要(yao)运(yun)动古(gu)(gu)物(wu)，进来：醉(zui)(zui)(zui)白池(chi)，2015年4月(yue)被道路(lu)工(gong)程(cheng)府公(gong)(gong)示(shi)为(wei)昆明(ming)(ming)市古(gu)(gu)物(wu)保护(hu)好性厂家(jia)(jia)；镂空(kong)雕厅，1985年六月(yue)被公(gong)(gong)示(shi)为(wei)松江县古(gu)(gu)物(wu)保护(hu)好性厂家(jia)(jia)。生(sheng)态公(gong)(gong)园工(gong)程(cheng)始于北京在明(ming)(ming)松江进士(shi)朱之纯的私家(jia)(jia)里(li)院，名(ming)(ming)“谷(gu)阳园”。后(hou)为(wei)北京在明(ming)(ming)大(da)书(shu)画作(zuo)品家(jia)(jia)董(dong)其昌觞咏(yong)处，也是古(gu)(gu)代(dai)名(ming)(ming)人学(xue)土常游之城。清顺治(zhi)末年，工(gong)部主事顾(gu)大(da)申重(zhong)加改建(jian)(jian)，因尊敬唐大(da)古(gu)(gu)代(dai)诗(shi)人白居(ju)易，仿宋宰相韩琦慕白之意，将(jiang)所建(jian)(jian)池(chi)上生(sheng)态公(gong)(🗹gong)园工(gong)程(cheng)命(ming)名(ming)(ming)为(wei)为(wei)“醉(zui)(zui)(zui)白池(chi)”，目前(qian)为(wei)止重(zhong)复370多年的发展历(li)史。绿化(hua)区现导出着北京在明(ming)(ming)的西武百(bai)货(huo)轩，北京在明(ming)(ming)的周围厅、疑(yi)舫、求学(x♕ue)堂，清朝池(chi)上草堂、雪海堂、宝成(cheng)楼、镂空(kong)雕厅等(deng)亭台楼榭楼阁；藏品有元赵孟頫书(shu)(shu)法(fa)作品书(shu)(shu)画真迹《前、后赤(chi)壁赋》石(shi)刻(ke)、汉代《云间(jian)邦彦画象》碑刻(ke)等♈美学(xue)瑰(gui)宝。本园吊顶的当(dang)代书(shu)(shu)法(fa)作品书(shu)(shu)画名人题字匾联无论是不算其(qi)数(shu)。现为我(wo)国4A级风🌟景名胜区。
With an area of 76 mu, Shanghai Zuibaichi Park is one of the five ancient gardens in Shanghai. There are two immovable cultural relics in the park, including Zuibaichi, which was announced as Shanghai municipal cultural relics protection unit in April 2014; Woodcarving Hall, which was announced as Songjiang County Cultural Relics Protection Unit in July 1985. The predecessor of the garden was Guyang Garden, the residence of Zhu Zhichun, a jinshi (a successful candidate in the highest imperial examinations) in the Song Dynasty. The garden was also a place for Dong Qichang (a famous calligrapher and painter in Ming Dynasty) to drink and write poems. 370 years ago, during ꧟the period of Shunzhi of the Qing Dynasty, it was a private villa of Gu Dashen, chief of the Ministry of Works, he rebuilt the garden and changed its name to “Zuibaichi” because he worshipped Bai Juyi (poet of the Tang dynasty). The garden has many pavilions, terraces, and open halls such as Letian Xuan (a small room or veranda with windows) of the Song Dynasty, Simian (four sides) Hall, Yi Fang (a boat-shaped building), Reading Hall of the Ming Dynasty, and Cottage above the Pool, Xuehai Hall, Baocheng Building, Woodcarving Hall of the Qing Dynasty. Art treasures such as stone carvings of Zhao Mengfu's calligraphy authentic works “Visit to the Red Cliff” of Yuan Dynasty and steles of “Portraits of Excellent Talents in Yunjian” of Qing Dynasty are collected in the park. There are countless contemporary calligraphers’ inscribed tablets and couplets hanging in the park. Now the park is rated as a national 4A-level scenic spot.
广富林文化水平遗迹
Guangfulin Site of Ancient Culture
广富林(lin)和文化遗(yi)存(cun)坐落在松江(jiang)新(xin)城区(qu)北部(bu)地区(qu)，东至龙源路(lu)，南至广富林(lin)路(lu)，西(xi)至沈泾塘，北至银泽北路(lu)，遗(yi)存(cun)涉及(🔜ji)到🐲的使用面积约850亩,是现今经(jing)考古(gu)找(zhao)到找(zhao)到的沈阳29处(chu)遗存中包函信息内容最丰厚,最具养护与(yu)🉐联合开发社会(hui)价(jia)值的文言文化知(zhi)识(shi)遗(yi)迹(ji)。广富林(lin)文化知(zhi)识(shi)遗(yi)迹(ji)中(zhong)现(xian)总共有3处不能移动式古建筑，另外：广(guang)富林历史文化遗迹൩，2016年被国家发(fa)改(gai)委(wei)核算为第六批全国各(ge)省古建筑养护机构；1987年11月被宣布为昆明市藏品(pin)守(sho⛎u)护单(dan)位(wei)名称(cheng)；知也桥，2016年(nian)1月(yue)被对外公(gong)布为松江(jiang)区藏品呵护点(dian)。

Guangfulin Site of Ancient Culture is in the north of Songjiang New City, it spans Longyuan Road to the eﷺast, Guangfulin Road to the south, Shenjing River to the west, and North Yinze Road to the north. Covering an area of about 850 mu, it is the most abundant and valuable among 29 cultural sites in Shanghai. There are three immovable cultural relics on the site, including Guangfulin Site of Ancient Culture, which was announced as national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council in May 2013; Chen Zilong Tomb, which was announced as Shanghai municipal cultural relics protection unit in November 1987; Zhiye Bridge, which was announced as Songjiang district cultural relics protection point in January 2016ꦉ.
The site takes the protection zone of the archaeological site as its core and presents its original form with farmi𒈔ng ecological culture and authentic rural scenery. The profound culture is the core competitiveness of Guangfulin, which includes a cultural display area, a folk display area, a religious display area, an archeological site exhibition hall, and a porcelain kiln exhibition hall. Guangfulin echoes Songjiang Prefectural City, Songjiang City of Warehouse, Sijing Ancient Town, and other historical and cultural scenes, which has bꦡecome the destination of the “Root-seeking Journey of Profound Culture” in Shanghai.

Guangfulin Country Park is built around the five core elements of “field, water, road, forest, and village”, and is based on the natural ecological landscape of farming. It is composed of farm picking, fruiting scenery, wetland fishing villages, and camping bases. The block is divided into 12 areas, such as a rape flower field, green field trail, forest oxygen bar, Laolaiqing rice field, and leisurely trail in the paddy. Shanghai Pujiang River Source Scenic Spot is the starting point of Shanghai’s mother river, Huangpu River, also known as the “Zero Kilometer of Huangpu River”. The Xietang River and Yuanxiejing Creek, which meander from Jiangsu and Zhejiang, converge here to form a delta-shaped treasure land and flow into Huangpu River through Hengliaojing Creek. At the confluence of the three rivers, the river is vast, the sailboats in the river competing for the current, the nets rising and falling by the river, the reeds on the bund swaying, the pink peaches and green willows setting each other off. These breeds the endless scenery of a water town in the south of the Yangtze River, from which the scenic spot got its name “Pujiang River Source”. The whole scenic spot is divided into two parts: the aboveground part is “Shu-Liu-Li-Yun Pagoda” and “Chunshen Hall”, while the underground part is “Water Culture Exhibition Hall”. In the scenic area, the architectural style of cantilever beam and bucket arch exude classical charm, while the glazed tiles of French windows unfold modern fashion pleasure. Located at No.3000 Shenzhuan Highway in Sheshan Town, also the southwest side of Tianma Entrance and Exit of G1503 Shanghai Ring Expressway, Shanghai Tianma Circuit covers an area of about 230 mu. Inaugurated in 2004, the circuit is an F4 track certified by FIA. Songjiang Museum is a local chronicles museum, where the historical relics in Songjian﷽g are collected, researched, and exhibited. The 2-storey exhibition room covers an area of 1,200 square meters. The basic exhibition of “Treasures Buried in the Sand”, which is divided into 3 portions named “Dawn of Huangpu River”, “Glisten of the Historical River” and “Painting Arts”, is on the second floor. The exhibition scientifically shows the cultural relics, which are held in the museum and unearthed in Songjiang, and reflects the achievements during the different periods of social development combined with landscape restoration, lightbox, multimedia, and other auxiliary display methods. The first floor is a temporary exhibition hall, and various special exhibitions are held from time to time. Located on the east and west sides outside the exhibition hall, the Stele Gallery is composed of long corridors and tablet pavilions. The East Stele Gallery displays the historical materials and inscriptions of Songjiang Prefecture during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The West Stele Gallery displays the calligraphic art inscriptions of Zhao Mengfu, Dong Qicha🥀ng, and Shen Quan.

Sutra Pillar of the Tang Dynasty
松(song)江唐(tang)经(jing)幢坐落松(song)江中山中心(xin)校(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)内外内，198七年11月(yue)被云南省人民政府出炉(lu)为(wei)国内突出藏品(pin)呵护(hu)♎基层单位。建于唐(tang)大中十四年（859年），是存世(shi)西安最古文明的房屋地面房子(zi)。经(jing)幢21级，高9.3米(mi)，八(ba)(ba)棱八(ba)(ba)面，故又被称为(wei)为(wei)八(ba)(ba)棱碑，美(mei)称“唐(tang)经(jing)幢”，美(mei)称“石塔”。
Sutra Pillar of the Tang Dynasty is located at the campus of Zhongshan Primary School, Songjiang. In January 1988, it was announced by the State Council as a national key cultural relics protection unit. Established in 859, the pillar is the oldest ground building in Shanghai. The pillar is built of 21 stone blocks with a hei🔯ght of 9.3 meters. With eight ridges and eight slides, it is also known as the Eight-Ridge Pillar, commonly known as the “Sutra Pillar of the Tang Dynasty”, also known as the “Stone Pillar”.

大(da)(da)仓(cang)桥(qiao)(qiao)设在永丰大(da)(da)街中河北路仓(cang)桥(qiao)(qiao)弄南(nan)，201多年4月被公布为(wei)(wei)东(dong)莞市(shi)文化遗产保(bao)养公司，是座高(gao)10余米，柱距50余米的五孔拱(gong)型大(da)(da)石桥(qiao)(qiao)。桥(qiao)(qiao)名叫永丰，因桥(qia🌠o)(qiao)南(nan)为(wei)(wei)松江府漕运仓(cang)城(cheng)，故被称(cheng)作大(da)(da)仓(cang)桥(qiao)(qiao)。现为(wei)(wei)东(dong)莞沿海地区闻名的明朝(chao)大(da)(da)石桥(qiao)(qiao)之1。
Located at Cangqiao Lane South, West Zhongshan Road in Yongfeng Sub-district, Dacang Bridge wa🔯s announced as Shanghai municipal cultural relics protection unit 🀅in April 2014. The bridge spans 50 meters long and 10 meters high over the river. It was formerly known as Yongfeng Bridge and later named Dacang Bridge for there was Water Transport Warehouse City of Songjiang Prefecture to the south of the bridge. It is one of the famous big stone bridges of the Ming Dynasty in Shanghai.

松(song)江清(qing)真寺(si)座落岳阳居(ju)委大(da)马(ma)路桥居(ju)委会缸甏巷75号(hao)，1980年(nian)八月份被发布(bu)文(wen)章为天津(jin)市文(wen)化(hua)遗(yi)产确保计量单位(wei)，是天津(jin)的(de)(de)地𒈔方(fang)最久(jiu)的(de)(de)伊(yi)斯(si)兰教佛寺(si)，建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)于元(yuan)至(zhi)正末年(nian)（1343年(nian)—1365年(nian)），初名真教寺(si)。古(gu)代(dai)(dai)年(nian)代(dai)(dai)经无数(shu)次修(xiu)缮(shan)和扩建(jian)(jian)工(gong)程，之所(suo)以，现(xian)今的(de)(de)清(qing)真寺(si)现(xian)有元(yuan)代(dai)(dai)年(nian)代(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)房建(jian)(jian)格调，又有古(gu)代(dai)(dai)几代(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)房建(jian)(jian)少数(shu)民族苏州特色。依据房建(jian)(jian)有很大(da)殿(dian)、窑殿(dian)、穿(chuan)廊，另有南、北课堂，邦(bang)克门(men)等，这(zhei)其(qi)中窑殿(dian)和邦(bang)克门(men)某(mou)处(chu)最具(ju)该寺(si)房建(jian)(jian)少数(shu)民族苏州特色。
Located at No.75 Gangbeng Alley, Maluqiao Neighborhood Committee in Yueyang Sub-district, Songjiang Mosque was announced as Shanghai municipal cultural relics protection unit in August 1980. As one of the oldest mosques in Shanghai, Songjiang Mosque was built during 1341-1368, also named Zhenjiao Mosque. After many renovations and expansions during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the mosque today features the style of construction of the Yuan, Ming, and Qing Dynasties. The main buil♌dings include Central Hall, Kiln Hall, Crossing Corridor, North and South Speech Hall, and Bangke Chamber. Among them, the Kiln Hall and Bangke Chamber can best represent the traits of the Mosque.
西林禅寺
Xilin Temple
西林禅(shan)寺(si)，別(bie)名崇恩寺(si)，建于南(nan)宋咸(xian)淳万历年间（1💖265—127历经四年）。明洪(hong)武(wu)二十二年（1382年）翻修，坐落岳阳社(she)区居委会中山里路(lu)66-6。明正统皇敕封时(shi)赐(ci)名“大(da)清西林禅(shan)寺(si)”。大(da)雄(xiong)宝殿(dian)后门文件有(you)一个塔(ta)，名圆(yuan)应宝塔(ta)，别(bie)称“西林塔(ta)”。圆(yuan🐻)应塔(ta)（西林塔(ta)）1982年费改后被每天(tian)为苏州(zhou)市古物庇护企业单位(wei)。塔(ta)身七层八面，砖木形式，塔(ta)高(gao)46.5米，现(xian)今仍为苏州(zhou)位(wei)置至高(gao)的一个古塔(ta)。
Located at No.66ꦜ6 Middle Zhongshan Road in Yueyang Sub-district, Xilin Temple, also known as Chong’en Temple, was originally built during 1265-1274 and reconstructed in 1387. In Ming Dynasty, an emperor named it as Xilin Temple of Ming. Behind the main hall, there stands a 46.5-meter-high, 7-storey octagonal pagoda of brick and wood structure, which is called Yuanying Pagoda, also well-known as Xilin Pagoda. Announced as Shanghai municipal cultural r🌼elics protection unit in September 1982, this pagoda is the tallest ancient pagoda in Shanghai.
